Our Directors, Neil and Sue

Neil Mackenzie MSc (management), MSc (Social work practice), CQSW, BA (Honours).

Sue Henstock MSc (research), DMS, RNMH, BSc (Honours).

Neil is 45, has 2 children and lives in the North East. He has worked in the social care sector for over 20 years, across the country (London, Birmingham and the North East). He has worked in the Local Authority as a practitioner and the past 11 years in the independent sector as a senior manager.

Sue lives in the North West with roots in the North East. Sue has worked in the social care sector for over 34 years, starting her career as a volunteer. Since qualifying as a nurse in 1975 Sue has held a number of management posts, progressing from first line to senior management positions, up to Executive Director. Sue has worked in the North East, South Wales, the Midlands, the North West.

His experience includes work with: ·

Sue has managed services across the country in the fields of:
